Change in plans

The students seemed to really enjoy their introduction to Noodle yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a problem in getting the frog for today's dissection so we will be rearranging our schedule and dissecting either Thursday or Tuesday. Just an FYI!

Happy New Year!

Dear Parents/Guardians, I hope you and your families had a wonderful winter break. Thank you so much to all of the parents and children who gifted me with wonderful holiday goodies and gifts. A special thank you to Alysa's grandma who not only made  up a wonderful stocking for me, but also came and helped with our craft on the Thursday before break. In addition, I want to thank Lexi's mom who put together our quilt for Mrs. Antoniono's baby. They love it and use it daily! Our new project is... Plants and Animals: How Do They Do That? We will be learning about plants and animals including their structures and functions. Students will create an interactive slide show with a partner about an animal they will choose/be assigned. We will have a presentation of these slide shows in early February and will let you know when we have a specific date. We have added a new pet to our classroom.
